Dr. Jerald Manley was married to Julie Hudson in 1964. They have three children and six grandchildren. He has been preaching since 1958 and pastoring since 1962. He has been in his present pastorate since 1975. He has a B.A. from Bob Jones University, a M.Div. from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Doctor of Divinity from Pensacola Christian College. He is completing a Ph.D. in Theology from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the founder and editor of The Baptist Heritage and edited Faith is the Victory. He has written Confusion at Calvary, Keep the Ordinances, When Sorrows Come, The Imaginative Christianity of C. S. Lewis, and The Wilted TULIP.
